Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must remain unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
